Tomorrows Trade Candidates

Im looking at the following bullish candidates tomorrow. Im going to give you the options I've found to be a little underpriced, and in some cases significantly underpriced.

There are more picks than this, but these had the best opportunity for getting in at a discount if you will.

PNK - June 08 $30.00 call (PNKFF) - .10 / .35 ( last was .10 cents, value is .35)
PCP - June 08 $140.00 call (PCPFH) - 3.00 / 6.08 (Last was 3.00 value is 6.08 !!!!!!!)

COL April 08 $70.00 call (COLDN) - .45 / .91 (Last was .45 value is .91 !!!)
ABB Sept.08 $30.00 Call (ABBIF) - 1.45 / 1.88 (Last was 1.45 value is 1.88)

Now I beg you not to buy these just because I put them up here. This is just my watch-list for tomorrow. I may not enter any of these. These are only for you to look into further. This is not my "recomendation."

OK, G'night.

Mark

PS - Notice the nice swing lows on these.

Hey Mark,

How in the heck do you understand what "value" is in these picks. Granted it looks like it works great, but how did you do it? Or haven't I read the STMM manuals thoroughly enough yet?? Please explain.

We can exchange links sure, put one up for me and let me know you did it.

Also - I use a fairly striaght forward piece of software that calculates FMV on the premium based on volatility price and the strike price.

It works quite well, allows me to see what options are pirced more favorably.
